Good features, room for improvement

I signed up for the Business plan to use their Automated Drip Campaigns and Segmentation Tools. Setting up the campaigns was straightforward, and the segmentation options were quite robust. I did notice that the UI for the Push Notification Analytics could be a bit cleaner; sometimes it felt a little clunky to navigate through all the reports. My subscription was for a year, got that 20% off which was nice. Overall, it's a solid platform that gets the job done for my web push needs, but some dashboard tweaks would make it perfect.

It really depends on your needs. For basic stuff, OneSignal is fine, but for anything complex like A/B testing or deep analytics, PE definitely pulls ahead. Plus, their WordPress plugin is super smooth.

That 20% off is pretty much always there if you pay yearly. They do have bigger sales, like Black Friday, where you might see 30-50% off, but the annual discount is a constant.

Yes, they do mobile push notifications too. My dev team implemented it for our iOS app, but Safari browser pushes are a whole different beast on Apple devices, just FYI.

They have a direct integration for BigCommerce, so it should be pretty straightforward. Not like some platforms where you need custom code for everything.

Should be fine. I use it with Shopify and it was basically plug-and-play. I imagine BigCommerce is similar since it's a popular e-commerce platform they support.
